LBVB is a new approch to running that uses the clockwise-anticlockwise twisting motion generated by the muscles around the spinal cord to propel the body forward.The ultimate aim of LBVB is to help the runners to run in the most efficient way to eliminate unnecessary injuries and stay healthy.
To ensure the transformation of energy from the core to ground and provide the optimum shock absorption, main muscles in lower limbs should stay relaxed with knee extended. The part of body above the core should not be contributing to the forward propulsion. Arms should be swinging ONLY to balance the body while shoulder should remain stable throughout the motion cycle.
